Nestoras Katramados showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fanis Violaris in the 5th minute of the match. Fotis Kaklamanakis was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Miltos Papadimitriou capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miltos Papadimitriou really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Alekos Lazaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestoras Katramados having to interfere. Stamatis Koulakiotis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fotis Kaklamanakis having to interfere. In the 31st minute Alekos Lazaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestoras Katramados saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Alekos Lazaris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alekos Lazaris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fotis Kaklamanakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miltos Papadimitriou, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Marinos Chatzidis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Stars's zone, Miltos Papadimitriou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fotis Kaklamanakis came out of the goal and Miltos Papadimitriou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute, Alekos Lazaris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marinos Chatzidis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Stamatis Koulakiotis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Kaklamanakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klarαdhika BC's Miltos Papadimitriou got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alexis Paschalakis came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexis Paschalakis couldn't finish the play. After 69 played minutes Stars got a freekick which was hit by Giannis Antoniadis. The Klarαdhika BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Marinos Chatzidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klarαdhika BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marinos Chatzidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fotis Kaklamanakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Klarαdhika BC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
