Spectators: 7734 (Terracing: 5802, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alekos Lazaris took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Alexis Paschalakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christos Giannakopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alexis Paschalakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Christos Giannakopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Vlithiαs BC's Iordanis Giannoulakis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fotis Kaklamanakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexis Paschalakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Christos Giannakopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iordanis Giannoulakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Stars's zone, Iordanis Giannoulakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fotis Kaklamanakis came out of the goal and Iordanis Giannoulakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Fanis Violaris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Kleanthis Anastasiou fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Kleanthis Anastasiou received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fotis Kaklamanakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Kleanthis Anastasiou slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 35th minute. After 37 played minutes Stars got a freekick which was hit by Kyriakos Klanakis. After a rather tough play, Stars's Alekos Xinos got a free kick in the 40th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 53rd minute, Giannis Antoniadis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 55 minutes into the game, Iordanis Giannoulakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fotis Kaklamanakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kleanthis Anastasiou in the 69th minute of play forced Stars's goalkeeper Fotis Kaklamanakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Kleanthis Anastasiou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Kaklamanakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iordanis Giannoulakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fotis Kaklamanakis having to interfere. In the 77th minute Iordanis Giannoulakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Kaklamanakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christos Giannakopoulos made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Alexis Paschalakis sent off a good shot on target. Iordanis Giannoulakis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fotis Kaklamanakis having to make a save. After 85 played minutes Stars got a freekick which was hit by Fanis Violaris. If Alexis Paschalakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexis Paschalakis got free with Christos Giannakopoulos in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Stars defense, Iordanis Giannoulakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fotis Kaklamanakis. The Stars fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fotis Kaklamanakis should have stopped the shot. Vlithiαs BC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
