When Prokopis Malesios fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mylopotamos FC's protests and gave Prokopis Malesios a yellow card for diving instead. Prokopis Malesios kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Giannis Velakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Chatziioannou Theodorou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giannis Velakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stergios Stratikis having to interfere. Chatziioannou Theodorou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. When Giannis Velakis came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the La Masia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giannis Velakis couldn't finish the play.

If Iason Katsaros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Masia FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Iason Katsaros scored to the left of an out of position Orestis Theofilatos, making the score, 0-1. Mylopotamos FC's Stergios Stratikis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Velakis in the 68th minute of play. Grigoris Tsiaris kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Chatziioannou Theodorou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Stergios Stratikis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chatziioannou Theodorou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iosif Stefanidis hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Iason Katsaros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Masia FC's Orestis Theofilatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandros Kyprianos in the 89th minute of play. Stelios Mavroidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Orestis Theofilatos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Mylopotamos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mylopotamos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
