Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Esteban Igual made the kick off which started today's match. After 4 played minutes DJ GP got a freekick which was hit by Zinon Loubakis. Chrisostomos Zinas had several of the DJ GP's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 5 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Andrzej Barniszke as he didn't even see the shot coming. DJ GP's Andrzej Barniszke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save DJ GP from getting a goal against them. Marinos Mitropoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrzej Barniszke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marinos Mitropoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. 21 minutes into the game, Petros Selionis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DJ GP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zagariαko the free kick. Marinos Mitropoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrzej Barniszke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marinos Mitropoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Chrisostomos Zinas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zagariαko's supporters rose to their feet, but Chrisostomos Zinas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrzej Barniszke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zinon Loubakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Igual received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Nikos Bougatsas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Petros Selionis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DJ GP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petros Selionis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zagariαko's Chrisostomos Zinas in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DJ GP's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chrisostomos Zinas made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Zagariαko's goal looked a bit too open when Zinon Loubakis came free, but Nikos Bougatsas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Igual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikos Bougatsas having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, DJ GP's goal looked a bit too open when Trifon Volanis came free, but Andrzej Barniszke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikos Bougatsas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 66th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. DJ GP's Andrzej Barniszke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chrisostomos Zinas in the 71st minute of play. Marinos Mitropoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DJ GP's Esteban Igual got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrzej Barniszke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marinos Mitropoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After having played for 79 minutes, Trifon Volanis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zagariαko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trifon Volanis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in DJ GP's zone, Antonis Servetas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrzej Barniszke came out of the goal and Antonis Servetas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 86th minute of the match Petros Selionis completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Petros Selionis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 87th minute, Petros Selionis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marinos Mitropoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrzej Barniszke having to interfere. Esteban Igual kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Chrisostomos Zinas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrzej Barniszke was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. In the 94th minute, Marinos Mitropoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Aris Lykos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zagariαko fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Zagariαko's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
