Marinos Mitropoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

kakodiki fc's Gerasimos Kotsiopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save kakodiki fc from getting a goal against them. Zagariαko were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after kakodiki fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kostas Laboglou took the corner. After taking down the ball on Zagariαko's corner Kostas Laboglou fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gerasimos Kotsiopoulos quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zagariαko's zone, Takis Katsakos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikos Bougatsas came out of the goal and Takis Katsakos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kosmas Tatoulis in the 65th minute of play forced Zagariαko's goalkeeper Nikos Bougatsas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paraskevas Panagiotas, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Zagariαko's zone, Kosmas Tatoulis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikos Bougatsas came out of the goal and Kosmas Tatoulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kosmas Tatoulis in the 80th minute of play forced Zagariαko's goalkeeper Nikos Bougatsas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vaios Psomiadis hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Chrisostomos Zinas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zagariαko's supporters rose to their feet, but Chrisostomos Zinas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerasimos Kotsiopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Zagariαko's Marinos Mitropoulos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerasimos Kotsiopoulos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Chrisostomos Zinas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gerasimos Kotsiopoulos. Chrisostomos Zinas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The audience was convinced that Chrisostomos Zinas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerasimos Kotsiopoulos was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
