But to his dismay, Marin Calboreanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Káto Lipokhórion's Isidoros Kaiafas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sotiris Vlachoudis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marin Calboreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Christos Polichronos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Prokopis Kourkoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Christos Polichronos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, ETHNIKOS ALEX-POLIS's Sotiris Vlachoudis got control of the ball when Fondas Panagiotopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, 吕庭泉 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marin Calboreanu to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Isidoros Kaiafas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Káto Lipokhórion's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoros Kaiafas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sotiris Vlachoudis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing ETHNIKOS ALEX-POLIS to win.
