KALLITHEA's Dimitris Velas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pantelis Ikonomakis in the 4th minute of play. Daniil Chrysafis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panagiotis Giantzis having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Klanidis in the 13th minute of play forced KALLITHEA's goalkeeper Dimitris Velas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermis Kiveriou's Panagiotis Giantzis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Ermis Kiveriou from getting a goal against them. Daniil Chrysafis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Panagiotis Giantzis made a huge save. Vassilis Platakidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Panagiotis Giantzis having to make a save. Daniil Chrysafis struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Panagiotis Giantzis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KALLITHEA. Daniil Chrysafis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Klanidis might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dimitris Velas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thomas Klanidis ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Pantelis Ikonomakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ermis Kiveriou's supporters rose to their feet, but Pantelis Ikonomakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitris Velas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Panagiotis Giantzis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marios Maltezos in the 45th minute of the match. Panagiotis Giantzis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vassilis Platakidis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 46 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Vassilis Platakidis made the kick off in the second half. Thomas Klanidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dimitris Velas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KALLITHEA's Vassilis Moras got a free kick in the 54th minute. KALLITHEA's Dimitris Velas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pantelis Ikonomakis in the 60th minute of play. Panagiotis Giantzis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vassilis Platakidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KALLITHEA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ermis Kiveriou had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
