Spectators: 7852 (Terracing: 5890, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 156) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giannis Kontodimopoulos took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Giannis Kontodimopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Kostas Kaltsidis. Anνlion's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Giorgos Maras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iordanis Tzorvas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vradéton FC's Vassilis Bakosis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Giorgos Skaltsas in the 13 minute of the game. 16 minutes into the game, Petros Zabetas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vradéton FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anνlion the free kick. A collision led to Vradéton FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Petros Zabetas hit a great ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Iordanis Tzorvas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vradéton FC's Diogenis Ikonomou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diogenis Ikonomou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Minas Christodoularas in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Petros Zabetas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kostas Kaltsidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 25th match minute, Anνlion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panagiotis Kovis to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Anνlion's Giorgos Maras got a free kick in the 26th minute. Anνlion's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Daniil Dokos scored to the left of an out of position Kostas Kaltsidis, making the score, 3-0. Minas Christodoularas's late challenge caught a Vradéton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Minas Christodoularas helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Giannis Kontodimopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vradéton FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giannis Kontodimopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Kaltsidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kostas Kaltsidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giannis Kontodimopoulos in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Petros Zabetas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Kaltsidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kostas Kaltsidis was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Petros Zabetas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Petros Zabetas really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Kostas Kaltsidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petros Zabetas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anνlion's Kostas Kaltsidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Anνlion from getting a goal against them. Petros Zabetas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kostas Kaltsidis came out and tried to block the shot, but Petros Zabetas slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Minas Christodoularas made a kick off. Diogenis Ikonomou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Minas Christodoularas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kostas Kaltsidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Kontodimopoulos in the 55th minute of the match. Vradéton FC's Petros Zabetas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Giorgos Skaltsas, made in the 59th minute of the game. After 61 minutes, Daniil Dokos made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Anνlion's Kostas Kaltsidis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Giannis Kontodimopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With 66 minutes on the clock, Vassilis Bakosis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Vradéton FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anνlion:s goal. Diogenis Ikonomou had in the 68thth minute some difficulties stopping Simos Vasilomichelakis's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Anνlion's zone, Giannis Kontodimopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kostas Kaltsidis came out of the goal and Giannis Kontodimopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Maras in the 71st minute of play forced Vradéton FC's goalkeeper Diogenis Ikonomou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7-0 became the score in the 73rd minute when Giannis Kontodimopoulos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iordanis Tzorvas got free with Diogenis Ikonomou in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute Giorgos Maras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogenis Ikonomou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Anνlion defense, Giannis Kontodimopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kostas Kaltsidis. The Anνlion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kostas Kaltsidis should have stopped the shot. Kostas Kaltsidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Kontodimopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Apostolis Bouratsis was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. In a very dangerous position, a player in Anνlion fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! Kostas Kaltsidis went to the wrong direction when Daniil Dokos was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The audience was convinced that Giannis Kontodimopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kostas Kaltsidis was relentless in the 100th minute of the game. There was no doubt that Vradéton FC were the better team. Vradéton FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
