In the 20th match minute, Skoúnda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaios Grifisas to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Stavros Kantaifas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michalis Leontiou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miltos Saveris was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nikos Tosodoulis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kyriakos Ntougeroglou having to make a save. The supporters of PARALIES booed when Skoúnda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Themis Vyntras didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Valentinos Theodorou made the kick off in the second half. Michalis Leontiou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stavros Kantaifas in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st minute, PARALIES's Stavros Kantaifas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Michalis Leontiou. Michalis Leontiou yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Michalis Leontiou made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Thomas Karagiorgos sent off a good shot on target. Nikos Tosodoulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 66 minutes of play, Skoúnda FC's Valentinos Theodorou made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kyriakos Ntougeroglou was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skoúnda FC's goalkeeper Michalis Leontiou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skoúnda FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Babbis Kanonopoulos hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match.
