Minas Pandrakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaios Grifisas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Aggelos Kazoleas came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Gσnthi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aggelos Kazoleas couldn't finish the play. Minas Pandrakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentinos Theodorou, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Gσnthi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Skoúnda FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anestis Tsitouras to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Gσnthi got a freekick which was hit by Aris Giannos. Gσnthi's Minas Pandrakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thalis Kapetanidis in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Gσnthi's Minas Pandrakis got control of the ball when Vaios Grifisas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Michalis Leontiou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogenis Tzekos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Skoúnda FC defense, Charis Roubesis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michalis Leontiou. The Skoúnda FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michalis Leontiou should have stopped the shot. Charis Roubesis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michalis Leontiou having to interfere. If Aggelos Kazoleas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 73 minutes, Aggelos Kazoleas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gσnthi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aggelos Kazoleas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Skoúnda FC's Michalis Leontiou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aggelos Kazoleas in the 75th minute of play. Thalis Kapetanidis charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thalis Kapetanidis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Minas Pandrakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikos Tosodoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Aggelos Kazoleas got in the 89th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Michalis Leontiou handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Charis Roubesis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Gσnthi's goalkeeper Minas Pandrakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vaios Grifisas.
