In the 9th minute, Stavros Kantaifas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PARALIES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thomas Karagiorgos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Petouniα getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Evripidis Tsagogeorgas hit a great ball. Kyriakos Ntougeroglou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panos Papadimas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexis Tsachalis kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Akis Siderakis fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PARALIES's protests and gave Akis Siderakis a yellow card for diving instead. Stamatis Matsoukelis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kyriakos Ntougeroglou came out and tried to block the shot, but Stamatis Matsoukelis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 32nd minute. Akis Siderakis kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Stratos Zacharas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of PARALIES booed when Petouniα was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panos Papadimas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Stavros Kantaifas managed to get in a good position for a shot. PARALIES's supporters rose to their feet, but Stavros Kantaifas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marios Mazarakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stavros Kantaifas to strike the kick off in the second half. Petouniα's Stamatis Matsoukelis got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute Stamatis Matsoukelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kyriakos Ntougeroglou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Thomas Karagiorgos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Stamatis Matsoukelis sped through PARALIES's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kyriakos Ntougeroglou. In the 74thth minute of the game Sakis Skandalidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PARALIES's Kyriakos Ntougeroglou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Takis Poulakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kyriakos Ntougeroglou having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sakis Skandalidis in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kyriakos Ntougeroglou saved PARALIES from getting behind. Stamatis Matsoukelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kyriakos Ntougeroglou having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Stamatis Matsoukelis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Petouniα's supporters rose to their feet, but Stamatis Matsoukelis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kyriakos Ntougeroglou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Petouniα fans cheered their team off the field, for while PARALIES had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
