After a rather tough play, Zakynthiakos FC's Dimitris Kounoupis got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Timos Tatsis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazaros Tsivilikas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alketas Kounoupis in the 20th minute of play forced Seitan Asker's goalkeeper Lazaros Tsivilikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Seitan Asker getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Demis Mazarakis hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Seitan Asker's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Kounoupis came free, but Lazaros Tsivilikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lazaros Tsivilikas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Kounoupis, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Kounoupis in the 29th minute of play forced Seitan Asker's goalkeeper Lazaros Tsivilikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Alketas Kounoupis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lazaros Tsivilikas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Lazaros Tsivilikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apostolikas Psarros in the 40th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Timos Tatsis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timos Tatsis made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Zakynthiakos FC got a freekick which was hit by Apostolikas Psarros. Marios Zacharatos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Seitan Asker's Lazaros Tsivilikas got control of the ball when Stergios Doulkeroglou tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Timos Tatsis took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Lazaros Tsivilikas to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timos Tatsis in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lazaros Tsivilikas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lazaros Tsivilikas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitris Kounoupis in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Apostolikas Psarros recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lazaros Tsivilikas. Apostolikas Psarros showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Timos Tatsis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Dimitris Kounoupis made a precise shot to the right of Lazaros Tsivilikas. Seitan Asker's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 92nd minute, Kostas Violaris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Seitan Asker's goal looked a bit too open when Christos Fragis came free, but Lazaros Tsivilikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Seitan Asker's Lazaros Tsivilikas got control of the ball when Alketas Kounoupis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lazaros Tsivilikas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timos Tatsis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zakynthiakos FC played a much better game than Seitan Asker and deserved their victory. The Seitan Asker players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
