KANALIWN's Kostas Perdikouris. But to his dismay, Kostas Perdikouris quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Kostas Perdikouris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giotis Kourelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to A.E. KANALIWN getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Kostas Perdikouris hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the game, Odysseas Zouboulidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.E. KANALIWN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave maroullia FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, A.E. KANALIWN's Odysseas Zouboulidis got a free kick in the 28th minute. Babbis Kotsolis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Babbis Kotsolis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Tasos Koulopodis came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the A.E. KANALIWN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tasos Koulopodis couldn't finish the play. maroullia FC's Ermis Dimitriou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostas Perdikouris in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to maroullia FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Prokopis Michaloliakos hit a great ball. Kostas Pavlakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giotis Kourelis in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind maroullia FC's goalkeeper Ermis Dimitriou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Stavros Psomiadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tasos Koulopodis scored 0-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermis Dimitriou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 85 minutes, Tasos Koulopodis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.E. KANALIWN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tasos Koulopodis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, maroullia FC's goalkeeper Ermis Dimitriou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tasos Koulopodis. If Tasos Koulopodis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, maroullia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kostas Perdikouris came free, but Ermis Dimitriou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The maroullia FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A.E. KANALIWN were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
