ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α.'s Fotis Lignos got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Likσvi's Giannis Stamatelatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stratos Kyriakakoglou in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Likσvi's Chrisostomos Georgakis got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Stratos Kyriakakoglou came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stratos Kyriakakoglou couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the game, Dimitris Kourtidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Likσvi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α. the free kick. In the 29th minute, Dimitris Kourtidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Fotis Lignos managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fotis Lignos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giannis Stamatelatos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fotis Lignos in the 34th minute of play forced Likσvi's goalkeeper Giannis Stamatelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes, Apostolos Roditis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α. and the Likσvi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α.'s Apostolos Roditis got a free kick in the 41st minute. With a little luck, ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α.'s Alekos Valsaris got control of the ball when Akis Kriaras tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stratos Kyriakakoglou got free with Giannis Stamatelatos in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stratos Kyriakakoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Kourtidis came free, but Alekos Valsaris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α. getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Stelios Konstantopoulos hit a great ball. ΜΙΜΗΣ Π.Α.'s Alekos Valsaris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakis Papasouzas in the 78th minute of play. If Lakis Papasouzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st match minute, Likσvi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vassilis Pantazakos to maneuver through the defense. In the 99th match minute, Likσvi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitris Kourtidis to maneuver through the defense.
