In the 8thth minute of the game Themis Koulakidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but maroullia FC's Ermis Dimitriou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stavros Psomiadis took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stathis Ipsilantis. Stathis Ipsilantis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ermis Dimitriou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zinon Pentaras, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Zinon Pentaras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermis Dimitriou having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Lapokhσri's Themis Koulakidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ermis Dimitriou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Themis Koulakidis scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermis Dimitriou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Themis Koulakidis made a kick off. Themis Koulakidis succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. When Babbis Kotsolis fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored maroullia FC's protests and gave Babbis Kotsolis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, maroullia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Babbis Kotsolis to maneuver through the defense. When Paraskevas Rovolis came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Lapokhσri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paraskevas Rovolis couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Themis Koulakidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. maroullia FC's Ermis Dimitriou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save maroullia FC from getting a goal against them. After 95 played minutes Lapokhσri got a freekick which was hit by Babbis Sferas. Lapokhσri's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
