Spectators: 7411 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lakis Papasouzas kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, A.E. KANALIWN's goal looked a bit too open when Lakis Papasouzas came free, but Kostas Pavlakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tasos Koulopodis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacharias Skiadas charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacharias Skiadas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zacharias Skiadas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Akis Kriaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Prokopis Zachalios fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.E. KANALIWN's protests and gave Prokopis Zachalios a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to A.E. KANALIWN getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Prokopis Zachalios hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lakis Papasouzas in the 18th minute of play forced A.E. KANALIWN's goalkeeper Kostas Pavlakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Likσvi's goalkeeper Giannis Stamatelatos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A.E. KANALIWN's Konstantinos Lechritis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 28th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Giannis Stamatelatos but with some difficulty. Kostas Perdikouris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Stamatelatos having to interfere. In the 37th minute, one of Likσvi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Likσvi. When the match had been going on for 40 minutes, A.E. KANALIWN's Vaggelis Potamiotis got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Giannis Stamatelatos. Dimitris Kourtidis kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Lakis Papasouzas notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of A.E. KANALIWN's Kostas Pavlakos. Kostas Pavlakos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kostas Perdikouris made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Likσvi's goal looked a bit too open when Tasos Koulopodis came free, but Giannis Stamatelatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.E. KANALIWN's Tasos Koulopodis got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A.E. KANALIWN's Kostas Pavlakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakis Papasouzas in the 62nd minute of play. If Lakis Papasouzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kostas Pavlakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakis Papasouzas in the 68th minute of the match. Tasos Koulopodis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Stamatelatos having to interfere. A collision led to A.E. KANALIWN getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Kostas Perdikouris hit a great ball. Charilaos Katsidimas kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. When Akis Kriaras came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Likσvi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akis Kriaras couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, A.E. KANALIWN's Kostas Pavlakos got control of the ball when Lakis Papasouzas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kostas Pavlakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lakis Papasouzas in the 82nd minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
