In the 6th minute of the match Zinon Panagiotopoulos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lambis Psiris showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Πάτημα Α.Ο.'s goalkeeper Demis Paboulis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thymios Skinas. Thymios Skinas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Demis Paboulis made a huge save. When Orestis Keratakis fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Πάτημα Α.Ο.'s protests and gave Orestis Keratakis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Πάτημα Α.Ο.'s Orestis Keratakis got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Bαrji FC booed when Πάτημα Α.Ο. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kostas Maggioros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Demis Paboulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgos Vyntras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lambis Psiris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Argyris Kanellos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demis Paboulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Bαrji FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Panagiotis Kolitsidakis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Argyris Terzis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lambis Psiris having to interfere. In the 84th minute Giorgos Vyntras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demis Paboulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 minutes, Kostas Maggioros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Πάτημα Α.Ο. and the Bαrji FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After taking down the ball on Bαrji FC's corner Akakios Zervidis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Demis Paboulis quite easily take care of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Πάτημα Α.Ο. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bαrji FC.
