Kostas Giotoulis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bαrji FC's Lambis Psiris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Bαrji FC from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the match, Red Elikon Dragons's Sotiris Mitropoulos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lambis Psiris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Thymios Skinas came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Bαrji FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thymios Skinas couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, Red Elikon Dragons's goal looked a bit too open when Thymios Skinas came free, but Kostas Giotoulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Bαrji FC booed when Red Elikon Dragons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zisis Tourkogiorgis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Simos Tsabouris fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Elikon Dragons's protests and gave Simos Tsabouris a yellow card for diving instead. Akakios Zervidis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 35 played minutes Red Elikon Dragons got a freekick which was hit by Dimos Chiotis. If Giorgos Vyntras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bαrji FC's zone, Panos Tsigos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lambis Psiris came out of the goal and Panos Tsigos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Akakios Zervidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Red Elikon Dragons's Lambis Psiris threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Panos Tsigos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

The wind increased when Giorgos Vyntras made the kick off in the second half. If Sotiris Mitropoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Bαrji FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sotiris Mitropoulos came free, but Lambis Psiris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Sotiris Mitropoulos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Elikon Dragons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bαrji FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Red Elikon Dragons's Sotiris Mitropoulos got a free kick in the 61st minute. Panos Tsigos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lambis Psiris having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Dimos Chiotis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Elikon Dragons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bαrji FC the free kick. Akakios Zervidis, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 76th match minute, Red Elikon Dragons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimos Chiotis to maneuver through the defense. If Panos Tsigos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Red Elikon Dragons's Dimos Chiotis got a free kick in the 86th minute. Panos Tsigos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lambis Psiris having to interfere. Panos Tsigos struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Lambis Psiris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Elikon Dragons.
