The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Dhragotina's goal looked a bit too open when Stathis Balatsouras came free, but Ilias Kaligeros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dhragotina's Ilias Kaligeros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenios Roubakis in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marios Siskos in the 10th minute of play forced Dhragotina's goalkeeper Ilias Kaligeros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grigoris Sfakianos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis in the 13th minute of the match. Marios Siskos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilias Kaligeros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Ilias Kaligeros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marios Siskos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 played minutes Dhragotina got a freekick which was hit by Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis. 21 minutes into the match, Dhragotina's goal looked a bit too open when Marios Siskos came free, but Ilias Kaligeros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Dhragotina:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anαlipis:s goal. In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for Anαlipis. Marios Siskos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ilias Kaligeros. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Anαlipis's Stathis Balatsouras got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dhragotina's zone, Eugenios Roubakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilias Kaligeros came out of the goal and Eugenios Roubakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thrasivoulos Athanasiadis kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Marios Siskos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anαlipis's supporters rose to their feet, but Marios Siskos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilias Kaligeros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vassilis Kastakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grigoris Sfakianos having to interfere. Dhragotina's Vassilis Kastakis got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dhragotina's goalkeeper Ilias Kaligeros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Dhragotina's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenios Roubakis came free, but Ilias Kaligeros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Anαlipis were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marios Siskos was the one to do the kick off. Ilias Kaligeros was a little too slow when Eugenios Roubakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 56th minute, Anαlipis's Eugenios Roubakis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. In the 64th minute, Eugenios Roubakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marios Siskos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Ilias Kaligeros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ilias Kaligeros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenios Roubakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 74 played minutes Dhragotina got a freekick which was hit by Emmanouil Chatzigiannis. In the 75th match minute, Dhragotina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis to maneuver through the defense. Marios Siskos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Ilias Kaligeros made a huge save. Marios Siskos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilias Kaligeros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Marios Siskos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anαlipis's Demis Sapanis was substituted for Eugenios Roubakis. When the final whistle sounded Anαlipis left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dhragotina.
