Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Melissia's Chrisostomos Skarmoutsos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Pastida Fc's Evripidis Prokopiou ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Louis Pentasferos. Louis Pentasferos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pastida Fc's goalkeeper Pavlos Stamatakos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evripidis Prokopiou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Pastida Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Chrisostomos Skarmoutsos came free, but Pavlos Stamatakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Evripidis Prokopiou came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Pastida Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evripidis Prokopiou couldn't finish the play. Sakis Kolas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Melissia booed when Pastida Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonis Darlas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Melissia's goal looked a bit too open when Evripidis Prokopiou came free, but Louis Pentasferos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pastida Fc's Pavlos Stamatakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chrisostomos Skarmoutsos in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Stratos Macheritsas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Stamatakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Chrisostomos Vardakas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pastida Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Chrisostomos Vardakas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Louis Pentasferos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Melissia booed when Pastida Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonis Darlas didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Chrisostomos Skarmoutsos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evripidis Prokopiou made a kick off. A collision led to Melissia getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Telis Chasiotis hit a great ball. If Evripidis Prokopiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pastida Fc booed when Melissia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manos Toursounidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Antonis Darlas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pastida Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonis Darlas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manos Toursounidis kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Petros Bantas kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Zacharias Mostratos's late challenge caught a Melissia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zacharias Mostratos helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pastida Fc getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Zacharias Mostratos hit a great ball. Pavlos Stamatakos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kleon Bosoulas. After a rather tough play, Melissia's Chrisostomos Skarmoutsos got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 79th minute, Manos Toursounidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sakis Kolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Melissia's Pavlos Stamatakos threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chrisostomos Skarmoutsos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 88th minute, Stratos Macheritsas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chrisostomos Skarmoutsos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Stamatakos having to interfere. Sakis Kolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sakis Kolas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
