Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ardosis's Apostolis Mouras started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Ntinos Vernikos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apostolis Mouras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Thodoris Pedoulakis made a huge save. Prokopis Pitsos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostas Sardelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Alketas Mousios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Prokopis Pitsos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Theofanis Kakavos charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Theofanis Kakavos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Theofanis Kakavos kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Argyris Benetos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ardosis's supporters rose to their feet, but Argyris Benetos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thodoris Pedoulakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Apostolis Mouras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Ardosis's goal looked a bit too open when Kostas Sardelas came free, but Prokopis Pitsos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prokopis Pitsos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alketas Mousios in the 27th minute of play. Prokopis Pitsos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kostas Sardelas in the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostas Sardelas in the 33rd minute of play forced Ardosis's goalkeeper Prokopis Pitsos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apostolis Mouras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thodoris Pedoulakis having to interfere. When Ntinos Vernikos came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Ardosis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ntinos Vernikos couldn't finish the play. Apostolis Mouras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Simiαdhes's zone, Ntinos Vernikos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thodoris Pedoulakis came out of the goal and Ntinos Vernikos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Lakis Karameros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Kostas Sardelas made the kick off in the second half. Gerasimos Mouzis's late challenge caught a Simiαdhes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerasimos Mouzis helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Ardosis:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Simiαdhes:s goal. The goalkeeper, Prokopis Pitsos, was totally fooled by Simiαdhes's Sofoklis Kotsios, who 55 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ardosis's goalkeeper Prokopis Pitsos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kostas Sardelas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Prokopis Pitsos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Gerasimos Mouzis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ardosis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerasimos Mouzis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Kostas Sardelas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Prokopis Pitsos. Kostas Sardelas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Kostas Sardelas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Prokopis Pitsos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apostolis Mouras kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Simiαdhes's goal looked a bit too open when Ntinos Vernikos came free, but Thodoris Pedoulakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ntinos Vernikos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thodoris Pedoulakis having to interfere. In the 81st minute Ntinos Vernikos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thodoris Pedoulakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simiαdhes's Kostas Sardelas got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 85 minutes, Ntinos Vernikos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ardosis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ntinos Vernikos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ardosis's Ntinos Vernikos pulled a muscle in his back after 89 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 89 minutes, Lakis Karameros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simiαdhes and the Ardosis players grew even worse after the yellow card. Apostolis Mouras struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Thodoris Pedoulakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ardosis. In the 95th minute, Vassilis Kastakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ardosis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When the final whistle went the supporters of Simiαdhes were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Ardosis side.
