Prokopis Pitsos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Stavrou in the 4th minute of the match. Nikos Vamvakoulas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. famekavalafc's Tasos Karagiotas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ardosis. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Christos Stavrou managed to get in a good position for a shot. famekavalafc's supporters rose to their feet, but Christos Stavrou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prokopis Pitsos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christos Stavrou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prokopis Pitsos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. The nice shot from Nikos Vamvakoulas in the 31stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Prokopis Pitsos had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 32nd minute, Christos Stavrou reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Prokopis Pitsos. The goal made the score 1-0. Nikos Vamvakoulas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prokopis Pitsos having to interfere. Ntinos Vernikos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thrasivoulos Karvounis having to make a save. Ntinos Vernikos scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thrasivoulos Karvounis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Apostolis Mouras came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Ardosis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Apostolis Mouras couldn't finish the play. Prokopis Pitsos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 46th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

After recieving a nice pass, famekavalafc's Tasos Karagiotas tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Kastakis in the 72nd minute of play forced famekavalafc's goalkeeper Thrasivoulos Karvounis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ntinos Vernikos came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Ardosis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ntinos Vernikos couldn't finish the play. Ntinos Vernikos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Thrasivoulos Karvounis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ardosis fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Ardosis's Ntinos Vernikos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thrasivoulos Karvounis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ntinos Vernikos, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
