Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aggelos Leontokardos in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adamantios Baboulas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Bebides--kos--7 getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Panagiotis Kroustallis hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Charis Kebakopoulos during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lion of Serres 1964's Charis Kebakopoulos got a free kick in the 16th minute. Lakis Rakkas might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adamantios Baboulas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lakis Rakkas ran back to his position shaking his head. Bebides--kos--7's Adamantios Baboulas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aggelos Leontokardos in the 21st minute of play. Nikolas Letsos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petros Fragakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Lion of Serres 1964 getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Chatziantoniou Apostolou hit a great ball. Panagiotis Kroustallis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iosif Kalpis kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Lakis Rakkas came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Lion of Serres 1964 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lakis Rakkas couldn't finish the play. Lakis Rakkas took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adamantios Baboulas. Adamantios Baboulas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 41st minute Aggelos Leontokardos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adamantios Baboulas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes Bebides--kos--7 got a freekick which was hit by Miltos Takounis. Adamantios Baboulas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lakis Rakkas in the 48th minute of play. The Bebides--kos--7 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lion of Serres 1964 were winning 0-1.

Konstantinos Bakakos kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Adamantios Baboulas made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Aggelos Leontokardos sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th match minute, Bebides--kos--7 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chatziioannou Loukidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute Lakis Rakkas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adamantios Baboulas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aggelos Leontokardos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Adamantios Baboulas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 68 played minutes Lion of Serres 1964 got a freekick which was hit by Manos Xanthos. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, Iosif Kalpis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lion of Serres 1964's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bebides--kos--7 the free kick. In the 92nd match minute, Lion of Serres 1964 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosif Kalpis to maneuver through the defense.
