Ardhani FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonidas Dedes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Dimitris Perdiou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Akis Marmitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charalambos Agritis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leonidas Dedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charalambos Agritis scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Akis Marmitas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Ardhani FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Poseidonas Glyfadas were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charalambos Agritis was the one to do the kick off. Charalambos Agritis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akis Marmitas having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Charalambos Agritis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Akis Marmitas came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Poseidonas Glyfadas's Leonidas Dedes. But to his dismay, Leonidas Dedes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. If Valerios Bouzinekis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ardhani FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Panos Stefanidis hit a great ball. Leonidas Dedes might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Akis Marmitas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonidas Dedes ran back to his position shaking his head. Ardhani FC's Akis Marmitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charalambos Agritis in the 89th minute of play. When the match was over Poseidonas Glyfadas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ardhani FC throughout the match.
