With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stamatis Kosmoulis in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandros Kakadelis saved Alkoolikoi FC from getting behind. Alkoolikoi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Periklis Gemisis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apostolikas Balaouras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute Vladimiros Kavouridis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Kakadelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stamatis Kosmoulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandros Kakadelis having to interfere. Alexandros Kakadelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiros Kavouridis in the 31st minute of the match. Vladimiros Kavouridis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alexandros Kakadelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimiros Kavouridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Apostolikas Balaouras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerasimos Patsoureas in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The wind increased when Gerasimos Patsoureas made the kick off in the second half. Alexandros Kakadelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiros Kavouridis, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Stamatis Kosmouliss short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Alexandros Kakadelis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 85th minute, Stamatis Kosmoulis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimiros Kavouridis struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Alexandros Kakadelis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Πευκοχώρι. With a little luck, Alkoolikoi FC's Alexandros Kakadelis got control of the ball when Stamatis Kosmoulis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Alkoolikoi FC's zone, Stamatis Kosmoulis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandros Kakadelis came out of the goal and Stamatis Kosmoulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexandros Kakadelis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vladimiros Kavouridis's shot from short distance in the 95th minute.
