Spectators: 6760 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 0) F.C. Sparda's Viktoras Kalogeros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lakis Mistriotis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paschalis Stelakis in the 3rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Paschalis Stelakis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lakis Mistriotis was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 7thth minute of the game Paschalis Stelakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Sparda's Lakis Mistriotis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kerasokhσrion's Lambros Tzanetos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktoras Kalogeros in the 9th minute of play. Christos Rigas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Lambros Tzanetos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Christos Rigas came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the F.C. Sparda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christos Rigas couldn't finish the play. Christos Rigas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lambros Tzanetos having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Kerasokhσrion's Paschalis Stelakis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lakis Mistriotis. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. Akis Grigorakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christos Rigas struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Lambros Tzanetos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Sparda. A collision led to F.C. Sparda getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Alexis Anastasakis hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktoras Kalogeros in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lambros Tzanetos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 35 minutes into the game, Christos Rigas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lambros Tzanetos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 39 minutes into the game, Christos Rigas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Paschalis Stelakis did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Lakis Mistriotis 45 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paschalis Stelakis was the one to do the kick off. Lakis Mistriotis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paschalis Stelakis in the 58th minute of the match. Kerasokhσrion's Lambros Tzanetos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktoras Kalogeros in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Kerasokhσrion. Sokratis Koubilias stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lakis Mistriotis. 4-2. After having played for 70 minutes, Viktoras Kalogeros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Sparda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktoras Kalogeros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Paschalis Stelakis came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Kerasokhσrion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paschalis Stelakis couldn't finish the play. Andreas Kastaniadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lakis Mistriotis came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Kerasokhσrion's Paschalis Stelakis. But to his dismay, Paschalis Stelakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Viktoras Kalogeros charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viktoras Kalogeros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Viktoras Kalogeros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lambros Tzanetos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktoras Kalogeros in the 90th minute of play. Vassilis Skopidis hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christos Rigas got free with Lambros Tzanetos in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lambros Tzanetos was a little too slow when Viktoras Kalogeros got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 5-3. F.C. Sparda's Lakis Mistriotis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Kastaniadis in the 97th minute of play. F.C. Sparda's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
