The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stelios Skounas during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th minute Thomas Petsanas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantinos Xomeritakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniil Bakalopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charis Vourlis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elatokhσri's Daniil Bakalopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charis Vourlis in the 93rd minute of play. Daniil Bakalopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zacharias Kerveros in the 96th minute. Lianoverion's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
