Veniamin Konstantaras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lefteris Lagos, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. PAGOTENIOI's Lefteris Lagos got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Evripidis Bakolas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Lefteris Lagos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Veniamin Konstantaras. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Charalambos Stathiadis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iakovos Thomakis in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermis Zanias saved PAGOTENIOI from getting behind. In the 29th minute, Sakis Sanidomenos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Takis Kyriazis's late challenge caught a Covid FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Takis Kyriazis helped the player get up and apologised. Takis Kyriazis kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Veniamin Konstantaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lefteris Lagos in the 35th minute of the match. In the 41st match minute, Covid FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michalis Nestoroulis to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to PAGOTENIOI getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Lefteris Lagos hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iakovos Thomakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, PAGOTENIOI's goalkeeper Ermis Zanias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iakovos Thomakis. A collision led to Covid FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alexis Kapagiannopoulos hit a great ball. Lefteris Lagos scored 2-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Veniamin Konstantaras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute, Michalis Mamalis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the match, Covid FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lefteris Lagos came free, but Veniamin Konstantaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Veniamin Konstantaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Savas Skiadas in the 80th minute of the match. With his leg Ermis Zanias managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Covid FC's Iakovos Thomakis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 86 played minutes PAGOTENIOI got a freekick which was hit by Lefteris Lagos. Alexis Kapagiannopoulos hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lefteris Lagos in the 93rd minute of play forced Covid FC's goalkeeper Veniamin Konstantaras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermis Zanias made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Iakovos Thomakis sent off a good shot on target. PAGOTENIOI were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
