Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grigoris Skapaneas in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vrasidas Kastigios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 55 minutes, Zinon Valassiou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zinon Valassiou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zinon Valassiou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vrasidas Kastigios having to interfere. The supporters of A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ booed when AN.ARTAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kostas Ntaliardos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grigoris Skapaneas in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vrasidas Kastigios saved AN.ARTAS from getting behind. Vrasidas Kastigios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, AN.ARTAS's goal looked a bit too open when Loukianos Spiliotopoulos came free, but Vrasidas Kastigios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ's zone, Iason Pekos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pantelis Kazanakis came out of the goal and Iason Pekos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ's goalkeeper Pantelis Kazanakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in AN.ARTAS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ's zone, Nikos Lazanas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pantelis Kazanakis came out of the goal and Nikos Lazanas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pantelis Kazanakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alekos Koutsokefalakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
