After 3 played minutes Καππαδοκία F.C got a freekick which was hit by Michalis Kapranos. After 4 played minutes AN.ARTAS got a freekick which was hit by Stathis Tzakos. 5 minutes into the match, Ilias Tataridis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vrasidas Kastigios. AN.ARTAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ilias Tataridis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Kanatas in the 12th minute of play forced AN.ARTAS's goalkeeper Vrasidas Kastigios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Ilias Tataridis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vrasidas Kastigios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilias Tataridis in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vrasidas Kastigios saved AN.ARTAS from getting behind. Nikos Kanatas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vrasidas Kastigios having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miltiadis Stamatopoulos during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Miltiadis Stamatopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Ilias Tataridis put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vrasidas Kastigios. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alekos Koutsokefalakis in the 31st minute of play forced Καππαδοκία F.C's goalkeeper Kostas Kaliris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostas Kaliris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iason Pekos in the 34th minute. Vrasidas Kastigios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Kanatas in the 35th minute of play. Nikos Kanatas might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vrasidas Kastigios. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nikos Kanatas ran back to his position shaking his head. Nikos Lazanas hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nikos Kanatas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Nikos Kanatas rounded AN.ARTAS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Nikos Kanatas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vrasidas Kastigios stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ilias Tataridis's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. If Iason Pekos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vrasidas Kastigios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Kanatas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 played minutes AN.ARTAS got a freekick which was hit by Nikos Lazanas. Vrasidas Kastigios was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Ilias Tataridis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ilias Tataridis really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After 75 played minutes Καππαδοκία F.C got a freekick which was hit by Nikos Kanatas. Nikos Kanatas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AN.ARTAS's Vrasidas Kastigios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save AN.ARTAS from getting a goal against them. 92 minutes into the game, Ilias Tataridis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Vrasidas Kastigios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in AN.ARTAS's zone, Ilias Tataridis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vrasidas Kastigios came out of the goal and Ilias Tataridis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The AN.ARTAS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Καππαδοκία F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
