Spectators: 6765 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kleanthis Perivolakis got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konstantinos Christakos in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dimitris Kountouroudas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonidas Rokkas came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Patrikαta BC's Kleanthis Perivolakis. But to his dismay, Kleanthis Perivolakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Dimitris Kountouroudas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantinos Christakos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Savas Karagiannakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Patrikαta BC's goal looked a bit too open when Dorotheos Paleologos came free, but Dimitris Kountouroudas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Savas Karagiannakis came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Patrikαta BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Savas Karagiannakis couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Kassαnoi BC booed when Patrikαta BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Makrikostas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Patrikαta BC defense, Alexandros Koutetes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dimitris Kountouroudas. The Patrikαta BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dimitris Kountouroudas should have stopped the shot. Andreas Trabakoulos hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Giorgos Makrikostas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Dorotheos Paleologos notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Patrikαta BC's Dimitris Kountouroudas. Dimitris Kountouroudas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th minute of the match Akis Kourkoulis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonidas Rokkas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Kassαnoi BC's Theodosis Sourounis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dimitris Kountouroudas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After the first half Kassαnoi BC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dorotheos Paleologos to strike the kick off in the second half. Nikos Kostantelos took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonidas Rokkas. Leonidas Rokkas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Theofanis Kesaris kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After having played for 60 minutes, Konstantinos Christakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kassαnoi BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konstantinos Christakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Kassαnoi BC's Alexandros Koutetes got a free kick in the 61st minute. Nikos Kostantelos scored 3-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonidas Rokkas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dimitris Kountouroudas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konstantinos Christakos in the 69th minute. Thymios Papadimitriou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Dimitris Kountouroudas made a huge save. In the 72nd minute, Konstantinos Christakos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dimitris Kountouroudas was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Kassαnoi BC's Theodosis Sourounis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dimitris Kountouroudas. That made the score 3-5 after 75 minutes of play. Nikos Kostantelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrikαta BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Konstantinos Christakos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-6. 96 minutes into the match, Kassαnoi BC's goal looked a bit too open when Kleanthis Perivolakis came free, but Leonidas Rokkas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kassαnoi BC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
