Nikiforos Katsalis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Themis Tzouroudis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Martinos having to interfere. Paris Christoulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatziantoniou Kazantzidis in the 13th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Foiníkion BC's Christos Martinos threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andreas Travezeas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 17 minutes, Apostolikas Lagonikakis made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Foiníkion BC's Paris Christoulis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th match minute, Foiníkion BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thymios Krios to maneuver through the defense. Apostolikas Lagonikakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paris Christoulis having to interfere. Chatziantoniou Kazantzidis took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paris Christoulis. Paris Christoulis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Themis Tzouroudis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paris Christoulis came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by TO KAFENEIO's Charis Agapakis. But to his dismay, Charis Agapakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Chatziantoniou Kazantzidis scored 0-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paris Christoulis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chatziantoniou Kazantzidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paris Christoulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apostolikas Lagonikakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.
