Alex Pirani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SUPER FC. 8 minutes into the match, SUPER FC's Achilleas Voliotis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alex Pirani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fragiskos Kalabosis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Argyris Baloukos made a huge save. In the 15th minute, Fokas Vorres made a precise shot to the right of Argyris Baloukos. SUPER FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 19th minute, Fragiskos Kalabosis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Apostolos Spyrou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Argyris Baloukos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakis Pentasferos in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute of the match Alkaios Mizeropoulos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Pirani skillfully saved the ball. In the 28th match minute, Trikala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fokas Vorres to maneuver through the defense. Argyris Baloukos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apostolos Spyrou in the 33rd minute of the match. Fragiskos Kalabosis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SUPER FC's goalkeeper Argyris Baloukos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Apostolos Spyrou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Argyris Baloukos was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Apostolos Spyrou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Argyris Baloukos having to make a save.

A collision led to SUPER FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Charalambos Verikios hit a great ball. Apostolos Spyrou took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Argyris Baloukos. Argyris Baloukos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Alex Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achilleas Voliotis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Argyris Baloukos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Apostolos Spyrou went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Fotis Mouratos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argyris Baloukos came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Trikala FC's Fragiskos Kalabosis. But to his dismay, Fragiskos Kalabosis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind SUPER FC's goalkeeper Argyris Baloukos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fragiskos Mantarinakis charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fragiskos Mantarinakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SUPER FC booed when Trikala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fragiskos Mantarinakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lakis Pentasferos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute Fragiskos Kalabosis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Argyris Baloukos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SUPER FC's Argyris Baloukos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Kalabosis in the 86th minute of play. When Trikala FC's Apostolos Spyrou in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SUPER FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 89 played minutes Trikala FC got a freekick which was hit by Renos Katsigiannis. Argyris Baloukos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fragiskos Kalabosis, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Trikala FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
