In the 23rd minute Giorgos Kostoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pipis Adamakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Dermitzoglou came free, but Christoforos Dimitroulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Takis Peridis during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, PaokEuosmou's Takis Peridis got a free kick in the 40th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Achilleas Pirovolidis made the kick off in the second half. Giorgos Kostoulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pipis Adamakis having to interfere. Pipis Adamakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achilleas Pirovolidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Achilleas Pirovolidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pipis Adamakis having to interfere. In the 67thth minute of the game Achilleas Pirovolidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PaokEuosmou's Pipis Adamakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giorgos Kostoulis in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pipis Adamakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pipis Adamakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achilleas Pirovolidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Giorgos Kostoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pipis Adamakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PaokEuosmou's Pipis Adamakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giorgos Kostoulis in the 87th minute of play.
