Omiros Chatzinathanail showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takis Katsoulis in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mégkla's Giannis Kirmitzas got a free kick in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Giannis Kirmitzas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mégkla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PaokEuosmou the free kick. Giannis Kirmitzas kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, PaokEuosmou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikos Anatolakis to maneuver through the defense. When Aimilios Kromlidis came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Mégkla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aimilios Kromlidis couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Dimitris Pavlakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omiros Chatzinathanail showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charalambos Kostarakis in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Takis Katsoulis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aimilios Kromlidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pipis Adamakis having to interfere. In the 23rd match minute, Mégkla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgos Kostis to maneuver through the defense. Mégkla's Omiros Chatzinathanail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takis Katsoulis in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Takis Katsoulis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Omiros Chatzinathanail. The goal made the score 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Aimilios Kromlidis notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of PaokEuosmou's Pipis Adamakis. Pipis Adamakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Mégkla's Giannis Kirmitzas got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Mégkla's Omiros Chatzinathanail proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Mégkla from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aimilios Kromlidis in the 41st minute of play forced PaokEuosmou's goalkeeper Pipis Adamakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PaokEuosmou's Pipis Adamakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostas Kalpadakis in the 41st minute of play. When Giannis Dermitzoglou came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the PaokEuosmou fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giannis Dermitzoglou couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Takis Katsoulis made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Takis Katsoulis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Omiros Chatzinathanail was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 58th match minute, PaokEuosmou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lambros Gianniotis to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 60 in the game by Kostas Kalpadakis from a close distance when the talented Pipis Adamakis managed to make a qualified save. PaokEuosmou's players were relieved. Kostas Kalpadakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Takis Katsoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Omiros Chatzinathanail tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giannis Dermitzoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kostas Kalpadakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aimilios Kromlidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pipis Adamakis having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Aimilios Kromlidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mégkla's supporters rose to their feet, but Aimilios Kromlidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pipis Adamakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Aimilios Kromlidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Takis Katsoulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omiros Chatzinathanail having to interfere. Mégkla's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
