The tension between the PaokEuosmou and the F.C KOKORETSI players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes PaokEuosmou got a freekick which was hit by Takis Peridis. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Giannis Meletakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C KOKORETSI's supporters rose to their feet, but Giannis Meletakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pipis Adamakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9thth minute of the game Giannis Dermitzoglou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C KOKORETSI's Vassilis Kalvos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Takis Katsoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Vassilis Kalvos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When PaokEuosmou's Giannis Dermitzoglou in 14 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Vassilis Kalvos guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Pipis Adamakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakis Matsas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, F.C KOKORETSI's Vassilis Kalvos got control of the ball when Giannis Dermitzoglou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Giannis Dermitzoglous short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Vassilis Kalvos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Takis Katsoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Vassilis Kalvos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 played minutes, F.C KOKORETSI's Pipis Malezas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pipis Adamakis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in F.C KOKORETSI reached it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sakis Matsas made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in PaokEuosmou's zone, Giannis Meletakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pipis Adamakis came out of the goal and Giannis Meletakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sakis Matsas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sakis Matsas's late challenge caught a PaokEuosmou's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sakis Matsas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of PaokEuosmou booed when F.C KOKORETSI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakis Matsas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pipis Adamakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakis Matsas in the 64th minute of play. Vassilis Kalvos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takis Katsoulis in the 66th minute of play. F.C KOKORETSI's Vassilis Kalvos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Dermitzoglou in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Dermitzoglou in the 71st minute of play forced F.C KOKORETSI's goalkeeper Vassilis Kalvos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giannis Dermitzoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sakis Matsas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giannis Meletakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Pipis Adamakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PaokEuosmou's Pipis Adamakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save PaokEuosmou from getting a goal against them. Takis Katsoulis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vassilis Kalvos having to make a save. Kyriakos Pseftis's late challenge caught a PaokEuosmou's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kyriakos Pseftis helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, F.C KOKORETSI's Kyriakos Pseftis got a free kick in the 95th minute. After 96 played minutes, PaokEuosmou's Charalambos Kostarakis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vassilis Kalvos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PaokEuosmou reached it. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
