Spectators: 7660 (Terracing: 5747, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tolis Staboulis kicked off to start the match. If Dimos Balafoutis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tolis Staboulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miltos Karanasios having to interfere. Nikos Stratzalis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, GALISSAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tolis Staboulis came free, but Miltos Karanasios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st match minute, GALISSAS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Karoubalos to maneuver through the defense. If Anestis Zisimopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 minutes of play, GALISSAS FC's Dimos Balafoutis made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefanos Peropoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Miltos Karanasios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolis Staboulis in the 43rd minute of play. GALISSAS FC's Nikos Stratzalis got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half GALISSAS FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nikos Stratzalis made a kick off. When GALISSAS FC's Nikos Stratzalis in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vrondádhos FC's goalie prevented a goal. Tolis Staboulis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anestis Zisimopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 68 minutes, Anestis Zisimopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vrondádhos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anestis Zisimopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolis Staboulis in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miltos Karanasios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vrondádhos FC's Stefanos Peropoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Vrondádhos FC from getting a goal against them. Anastasios Akrividis kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Anestis Zisimopoulos scored 1-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miltos Karanasios, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Miltos Karanasios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolis Staboulis in the 81st minute of the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vrondádhos FC's goalkeeper Stefanos Peropoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Dimos Balafoutis came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the GALISSAS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimos Balafoutis couldn't finish the play. Nikos Stratzalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Stefanos Peropoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Vrondádhos FC's goalkeeper Stefanos Peropoulos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimos Balafoutis. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
