Stefanos Peropoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manos Serelis in the 9th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Anastasios Georgakis notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Vrondádhos FC's Stefanos Peropoulos. Stefanos Peropoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manos Serelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Apostolis Fragopoulos's late challenge caught a Panerythraikos AO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Apostolis Fragopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. Apostolis Fragopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to Vrondádhos FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Stathis Maltezakis hit a great ball. Stefanos Peropoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manos Serelis in the 34th minute of the match. 1-2 became the score in the 38th minute when Manos Serelis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The supporters of Panerythraikos AO booed when Vrondádhos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. One of Vrondádhos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Panerythraikos AO:s goal. The referee gave Panerythraikos AO a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nontas Koumanidis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vrondádhos FC's Stefanos Peropoulos. 1-3.
