The 3kala FC fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when 3kala FC's Giannis Bouratsis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Fragiskos Polymeris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 3kala FC's Sotiris Zaninos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Polymeris in the 13th minute of play. Sotiris Zaninos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fragiskos Polymeris in the 15th minute of play. Giannis Bouratsis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Alkaios Tsaliagos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fragiskos Polymeris might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sotiris Zaninos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fragiskos Polymeris ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, KdWolfs's Themistoklis Tirovouniotis got a free kick in the 26th minute. Alkaios Tsaliagos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Bouratsis in the 29th minute of the match. Alkaios Tsaliagos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniil Moustopoulos in the 30th minute of play. If Daniil Moustopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, KdWolfs's Kyriakos Karagiorgis made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sotiris Zaninos was left in no man's land by his defense there! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giannis Bouratsis was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fragiskos Polymeris in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sotiris Zaninos saved 3kala FC from getting behind. Alkaios Tsaliagos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Bouratsis in the 58th minute of play. With his leg Alkaios Tsaliagos managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when 3kala FC's Giannis Bouratsis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 71st minute, Kyriakos Karagiorgis made a precise shot to the right of Sotiris Zaninos. 3kala FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Fragiskos Polymeris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of KdWolfs booed when 3kala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paris Porros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kyriakos Karagiorgis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Sotiris Zaninos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fragiskos Polymeris went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 85 minutes into the game, Orestis Karagiotakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 3kala FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KdWolfs the free kick. After a rather tough play, 3kala FC's Orestis Karagiotakis got a free kick in the 85th minute. Giannis Bouratsis's late challenge caught a KdWolfs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giannis Bouratsis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of KdWolfs booed when 3kala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giannis Bouratsis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sotiris Zaninos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fragiskos Polymeris's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the 3kala FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KdWolfs.
