In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ravaged Boys's goalkeeper Giannis Rovolas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Timos Dermitzakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ravaged Boys's Grigoris Skiadas got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to 3kala FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Giannis Bouratsis hit a great ball. Sotiris Zaninos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charalambos Solomos, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aimilios Nioras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Grigoris Skiadas struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Sotiris Zaninos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vassilis Stefanidis in the 88th minute of the match. The supporters of 3kala FC booed when Ravaged Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charalambos Solomos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ravaged Boys's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
