Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vassilis Stefanidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkaios Tsaliagos having to interfere. Giannis Rovolas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fragiskos Polymeris went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute, Aimilios Nioras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Timos Dermitzakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alkaios Tsaliagos. KdWolfs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timos Dermitzakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The Ravaged Boys fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Ravaged Boys's Aimilios Nioras looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, KdWolfs's Alkaios Tsaliagos got control of the ball when Timos Dermitzakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ravaged Boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Timos Dermitzakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alkaios Tsaliagos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Timos Dermitzakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Alkaios Tsaliagos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KdWolfs's Alkaios Tsaliagos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aimilios Nioras in the 56th minute of play. The Ravaged Boys fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Ravaged Boys's Aimilios Nioras looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Theofanis Philipopoulos scored 5-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alkaios Tsaliagos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of KdWolfs booed when Ravaged Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charalambos Solomos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fragiskos Polymeris kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argyris Plitsis in the 82nd minute of play forced KdWolfs's goalkeeper Alkaios Tsaliagos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alkaios Tsaliagos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theofanis Philipopoulos in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Theofanis Philipopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ravaged Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Theofanis Philipopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in KdWolfs's zone, Vassilis Stefanidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alkaios Tsaliagos came out of the goal and Vassilis Stefanidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ravaged Boys's Theofanis Philipopoulos in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KdWolfs's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ravaged Boys had played much better football throughout.
