The referee ignored Koutoufianα BC's protests and gave Vaggelis Papachristakis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Koutoufianα BC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Vaggelis Papachristakis hit a great ball. With a little luck, Koutoufianα BC's Giannis Taxiarchis got control of the ball when Nikiforos Stergiadis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Koutoufianα BC's Paris Zachariadis got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giannis Taxiarchis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nikiforos Stergiadis went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Giannis Taxiarchis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoros Daskalakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Isidoros Daskalakis notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Koutoufianα BC's Giannis Taxiarchis. Giannis Taxiarchis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Giannis Taxiarchis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoros Daskalakis in the 29th minute of the match. Babbis Prinianakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Giannis Taxiarchis made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Paris Zachariadis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Koutoufianα BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paris Zachariadis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignatios Zabetas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manogister C.t.W.'s Ignatios Zabetas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaggelis Papachristakis in the 40th minute of play. Giannis Taxiarchis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nikiforos Stergiadis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 41 minute of play. A collision led to Manogister C.t.W. getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Babbis Prinianakis hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Isidoros Daskalakis made the kick off in the second half. When Isidoros Daskalakis came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Manogister C.t.W. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoros Daskalakis couldn't finish the play. Giannis Taxiarchis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikiforos Stergiadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, Isidoros Daskalakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Giannis Taxiarchis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paris Zachariadis took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignatios Zabetas. Ignatios Zabetas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 74 minutes into the match, Koutoufianα BC's goal looked a bit too open when Babbis Prinianakis came free, but Giannis Taxiarchis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes of play, Manogister C.t.W.'s Isidoros Daskalakis made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giannis Taxiarchis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ignatios Zabetas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paris Zachariadis in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Koutoufianα BC's Vaggelis Papachristakis got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Ignatios Zabetas made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Paris Zachariadis sent off a good shot on target. Vaggelis Papachristakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatios Zabetas having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Manogister C.t.W.'s goalkeeper Ignatios Zabetas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paris Zachariadis. Argyris Kastoriadis's late challenge caught a Koutoufianα BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Argyris Kastoriadis helped the player get up and apologised. Argyris Kastoriadis kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Giannis Taxiarchis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trifon Boulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Koutoufianα BC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
