The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustratios Violidis got free with Theocharis Zouvelekis in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Alexandros Skatzos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Káto Pedhiná FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandros Skatzos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theocharis Zouvelekis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giorgos Michaloliakos to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Káto Pedhiná FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Marios Stelakis hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Alexandros Skatzos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theocharis Zouvelekis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Theocharis Zouvelekis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Michaloliakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Alexandros Skatzos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theocharis Zouvelekis. Theocharis Zouvelekis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the game, Káto Pedhiná FC's Alexandros Skatzos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Theocharis Zouvelekis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-2. Chouliarades's Theocharis Zouvelekis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigoris Robos in the 90th minute of play. Theocharis Zouvelekis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandros Skatzos in the 92nd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Káto Pedhiná FC fully deserved thier win.
