Alexandros Dimopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Giannis Taxiarchis made a huge save. Paraskevas Siontis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Larαnia's Sakis Ioannidis got a free kick in the 17th minute. Paris Zachariadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sakis Xidianakis having to interfere. Sakis Xidianakis came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Koutoufianα BC's Paris Zachariadis. But to his dismay, Paris Zachariadis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Giannis Taxiarchis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandros Dimopoulos in the 24th minute. Sakis Xidianakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paris Zachariadis went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Giannis Taxiarchis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaios Eleftheratos in the 32nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandros Dimopoulos got free with Giannis Taxiarchis in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Paris Zachariadis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Koutoufianα BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paris Zachariadis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sakis Xidianakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filippos Koutromichalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vaggelis Papachristakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Sakis Xidianakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
