Giannis Taxiarchis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antonis Tsatsaronakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Giannis Taxiarchis made a huge save. TOPMUG Niki Volou's Thodoris Borbokis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Giannis Taxiarchis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 36th minute, Christos Kastanakis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Giannis Taxiarchis. The goal made the score 2-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fanis Pesmatzoglou to make the kick off. Koutoufianα BC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
