Panagiotis Katsaridas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Viktoras Passaris was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palaiográtsanon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΑΕΤΟΣ ΑΙΓΙΝΑΣ the free kick. Giorgos Kourkoulas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Charalambos Pachopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Palaiográtsanon's Charalambos Pachopoulos got control of the ball when Panagiotis Katsaridas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filippos Manaras charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filippos Manaras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Filippos Manaras hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 45 played minutes Palaiográtsanon got a freekick which was hit by Babbis Priovolos. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lefteris Koutroutsos to strike the kick off in the second half. Nikitas Batatoudis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Valerios Katsaros skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nikitas Batatoudis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Valerios Katsaros made a huge save. Filippos Manaras hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Valerios Katsaros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lefteris Koutroutsos in the 58th minute of the match. Nikitas Batatoudis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Valerios Katsaros came out of the goal and Lefteris Koutroutsos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 95th minute of the match Filippos Manaras completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Filippos Manaras a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, ΑΕΤΟΣ ΑΙΓΙΝΑΣ's Filippos Manaras got a free kick in the 96th minute. Lefteris Koutroutsos was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 98th minute. Palaiográtsanon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
