Apostolis Kassianidis came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by INTER FC's Stamatis Tsirkos. But to his dismay, Stamatis Tsirkos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 36 minutes, Errikos Anagnostou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vostina BC and the INTER FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Errikos Anagnostou hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Iakovos Irinopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 minutes of play, INTER FC's Zinon Liadelis made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apostolis Kassianidis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half INTER FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of INTER FC booed when Vostina BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stamatis Mantouvalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fanis Farmakidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apostolis Kassianidis having to interfere. Michalis Kaliris hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Stamatis Mantouvalos kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Errikos Anagnostou kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Zinon Liadelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apostolis Kassianidis having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Vostina BC got a freekick which was hit by Stamatis Mantouvalos. Zinon Liadelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Stamatis Tsirkos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fanis Farmakidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacharias Papaiakovou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Errikos Anagnostou went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When the match was over INTER FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vostina BC throughout the match.
