After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Tasos Karnoupakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akhσmavron's supporters rose to their feet, but Tasos Karnoupakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konstantinos Vouzakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stefanos Sakallieros hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Louis Tsopakis helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Akhσmavron getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Louis Tsopakis hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Tasos Karnoupakis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konstantinos Vouzakis was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 26 minutes into the match, Dhonιοka BC's goal looked a bit too open when Tasos Karnoupakis came free, but Konstantinos Vouzakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Savas Kolotoubis in the 32nd minute of play forced Akhσmavron's goalkeeper Savas Agapidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alexis Markos came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Dhonιοka BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexis Markos couldn't finish the play. Dhonιοka BC's Konstantinos Vouzakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tasos Karnoupakis in the 45th minute of play. Tasos Karnoupakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Konstantinos Vouzakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dhonιοka BC's goalkeeper Konstantinos Vouzakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 67 minutes of play Akhσmavron's Louis Tsopakis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Akhσmavron's Tasos Karnoupakis got a free kick in the 81st minute. Savas Kolotoubis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orestis Petsoukis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Vouzakis having to interfere. When Orestis Petsoukis came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Akhσmavron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orestis Petsoukis couldn't finish the play. Akhσmavron's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
