Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Errikos Anagnostou made the kick off which started today's match. Paparians's Stratos Karakonstantinou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Paparians from getting a goal against them. Stratos Karakonstantinou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Errikos Anagnostou in the 6th minute of play. Errikos Anagnostou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stamatis Mantouvalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Stratos Karakonstantinou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Errikos Anagnostou in the 20th minute of play forced Paparians's goalkeeper Stratos Karakonstantinou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes Paparians got a freekick which was hit by Fivos Androulakis. If Iakovos Irinopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iakovos Irinopoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stratos Karakonstantinou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paparians's goalkeeper Stratos Karakonstantinou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Errikos Anagnostou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stratos Karakonstantinou having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konstantinos Gialesakis was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Vostina BC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Iakovos Irinopoulos hit a great ball. Iakovos Irinopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stratos Karakonstantinou having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iakovos Irinopoulos in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stratos Karakonstantinou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Errikos Anagnostou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stratos Karakonstantinou was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Konstantinos Stamatelopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Stamatis Mantouvalos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vostina BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paparians the free kick. If Errikos Anagnostou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96thth minute of the game Errikos Anagnostou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paparians's Stratos Karakonstantinou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vostina BC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
