Spectators: 7693 (Terracing: 5771, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Omiros Kyriakidis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Stathis Kechribaris charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stathis Kechribaris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Akakios Petroulis made a precise shot to the right of Sakis Tsigas. Agia Sofia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Giorgos Papadamos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Olympiakos S.F. Pagou's Chatziantoniou Vitalis got a free kick in the 13th minute. Omiros Kyriakidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, Omiros Kyriakidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Giorgos Papadamos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 minutes, Sotos Poulianitis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Agia Sofia and the Olympiakos S.F. Pagou players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Sotos Poulianitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grigoris Kokakias came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Agia Sofia's Minas Matzios. But to his dismay, Minas Matzios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Chatziantoniou Vitalis hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes Olympiakos S.F. Pagou got a freekick which was hit by Chatziantoniou Vitalis. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Akakios Petroulis made a kick off. Sakis Tsigas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akakios Petroulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoros Zotalis's late challenge caught a Olympiakos S.F. Pagou's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isidoros Zotalis helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Agia Sofia's Sakis Tsigas got control of the ball when Giorgos Papadamos tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Giorgos Papadamos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Olympiakos S.F. Pagou's Akakios Petroulis in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agia Sofia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 69thth minute of the game Akakios Petroulis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agia Sofia's Sakis Tsigas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Minas Matzios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute of the match Agia Sofia got a corner. Olympiakos S.F. Pagou's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stathis Kechribaris ran over to the corner to take the kick. Babbis Georgiou thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Grigoris Kokakias, a very annoying self made goal in the 81st minute which led to 2-1. Charalambos Stenos hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Akakios Petroulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sakis Tsigas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Agia Sofia could leave the field as winners, despite Olympiakos S.F. Pagou having more of the ball for most of the match.
